In honor of the 45th anniversery of the Wilderness Act, the Wilderness Society selected 45 images for a slideshow.

This image was one of the 45 chosen.

I recently had an article I wrote on Guadalupe Mountains National Park published in the April online magazine Nature Photographers Network.

The Guadalupe Mountains are one of my favrorite places as a photographer and the article is written from a photographer perspective.

April 2009

The site has been up for six months now. Thanks to everyone who has stopped by and taken a look.

I have been working on prepping more images for the galleries and hope to add more by late April.

In addition to my galleries here, I am running two blogs (link above) and have started to put a wider variety of my work on Flickr.

This spring I have had the chance to visit and do a landscape photography presentation for a couple of different groups. Thanks to Lockheed Martin and the Cleburne photography groups for having me out!

Off to Big Bend National Park (see image from there to left) soon for some desert in bloom time. hope to bring back many new images and a few stories for the blogs.
